1. No Refunds After Project Delivery

Once a project has been completed and approved by the client, all payments made are considered final. No refunds will be issued after project delivery and acceptance.

2. Non-Refundable Booking/Service Fees

Any advance payments or deposits made to reserve or initiate a project are strictly non-refundable, as they cover initial planning, design consultation, and resource allocation.

3. Project Cancellation by Client

If a client chooses to cancel the project before completion, the amount paid up to that point will not be refunded. Work completed will be delivered (as-is), and no further work will continue unless agreed otherwise.

4. Dispute Resolution

In case of dissatisfaction or any service-related disputes, we encourage clients to contact us directly. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue amicably and professionally.
